Sucre Duplex

Based on the project of architect Luis A. Boh, these multifamily houses are located in a very narrow lot in an optimized used of space.  Working as an independent constructor, I had the chance to explore and execute different design options not included in the original project, from experimental types of openings to final material selection, as well as changes in spatial decisions made during construction. It functions as a patchwork of details that can be used in future projects considering the local technology available.
